Shipping policy
1. Payment Clearance and Fulfillment
In many cases, to speed up fulfillment, we may - at our sole discretion - choose to ship an order before payment has fully cleared. This is highly likely for repeat customers, likely for first-time buyers, but unlikely for orders flagged as high risk due to billing, shipping, or identity mismatches.
We are not obligated to fulfill any order without cleared payment. We may hold and fulfill any order only after payment has fully cleared with the payment processor and has been deposited into our bank account, without exception.
2. Typical Payment Clearance Times
PayPal - Clears instantly. This is the best way to speed up fulfillment. You can pay with your credit or debit card via PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account. We prefer this method.
Shop Pay / Shopify Payments - Typically takes 2 to 5 business days or longer. This delay is due to Shopify’s internal risk review and payment partner timelines, which we do not control. Using this method may delay fulfillment.
3. Fraud and Identity Checks
For your protection and ours, we use an automated fraud detection system and may delay or cancel orders if any of the following are detected:
Cardholder name does not match the shipping recipient
Billing address or ZIP code does not match card issuer records
Shipping address is far from the IP address used to place the order
IP address is flagged as a proxy, VPN, or linked to past fraud
Device or browser fingerprinting matches high-risk activity
Multiple failed payment attempts
Order patterns match previously identified fraudulent activity
Verification Delays - If the cardholder’s name or billing address does not match the recipient, fulfillment may be delayed by up to 2 weeks.
4. Handling Time
We fulfill orders Monday through Saturday. We may also fulfill on Sundays or holidays, but such orders will wait until the next available carrier pickup.
Most in-stock orders ship the same or next business day after payment clears
Handling time does not begin until payment is received and cleared
Custom orders, backorders, or fraud screening may extend handling time
5. Shipping Services
We ship primarily via USPS and FedEx.
Economy Shipping - USPS Ground Advantage, FedEx Ground, or equivalent
Expedited Shipping - USPS Priority Mail, FedEx 2-Day, or FedEx Overnight
Expedited services do not override payment clearance requirements. Orders will not ship until payment is cleared, regardless of the shipping method selected.
6. Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, FedEx, or any other shipping carrier.
Carrier-provided delivery dates and estimated times at checkout are not guaranteed.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will replace it at no cost to you.
If a package is delivered damaged and the product is affected, we will also replace the product at no cost.
8. Tracking Shows Delivered / Item Not Received (INR)
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but the recipient claims it was not received, this constitutes an "Item Not Received" (INR) case. To reduce the risk of such issues and to qualify for resolution, you agree at the time of purchase to:
Provide a secure and accessible delivery address
Use the full legal name of the recipient, matching billing and payment records
Submit complete and accurate shipping details, including a valid email and phone number
If the delivery location is not secure (for example, a porch or shared mailroom), request signature confirmation via order note (we will add this at no cost)
If all required conditions are met, genuine delivery failures are extremely rare. As an experienced ecommerce business, we use automated systems and behavioral pattern recognition to identify valid claims within seconds. In such cases, we may proactively issue a replacement before you even contact us.
We may contact you if we detect missing or conflicting address data, but we are not obligated to verify or correct shipping information. All submitted information is assumed to be complete, accurate, and ready for fulfillment.
If these required conditions are not met, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
Our obligation to replace or refund the item no longer applies once the carrier confirms delivery
You assume full responsibility for the shipment and its security at the delivery location
You accept full liability for any loss, theft, or "Item Not Received" (INR) claim
You waive the right to dispute the transaction or file a chargeback based on non-receipt
9. Signature Confirmation
We may add signature confirmation to your order under the following conditions:
At no cost, if requested via order notes at checkout
At our sole discretion, typically for high-value orders with residential delivery
We understand that requiring a signature may cause inconvenience. However, it is an important safeguard against theft, fraud, and non-receipt disputes. This measure protects both you and us from avoidable loss and ensures a verifiable delivery.
10. Freight Forwarders and Third-Party Shipping
If you choose to use a freight forwarder, mail consolidator, or redirection service as your shipping address:
All risk of loss, damage, or non-delivery transfers to you once the package is confirmed delivered to the freight forwarder
We are not responsible for any issues, delays, or losses that occur after handoff
Delivery-related claims or replacement guarantees do not apply once delivery to the forwarder is confirmed
11. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
